Are the photographs original?

Yes. Every photograph in this store is an original image captured on my personal journeys across England, Scotland and Wales in the UK and a few trips to parts of Europe. The artwork is not stock photography.

Are the prints made to order?

Yes. Each print is produced after an order is placed. This helps reduce unnecessary waste and avoids overproduction.

Who prints and fulfils the orders?

Orders are printed and fulfilled through Gelato, a print-on-demand production partner.

What products are currently available?

The store currently offers canvas prints. Additional print formats may be added in the future.

How do I choose the right size?

Smaller prints work well for compact spaces, shelves, gallery walls, and desks. Larger prints are better suited to feature walls, above sofas, above beds, hallways, and larger rooms. We recommend measuring your wall space before ordering.

Can I personalise a print?

Where personalisation is available, you can add text such as a caption, date, place name, or short message. Please check all personalised text carefully before placing your order.

Can I change my personalised text after ordering?

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at riparianmellows@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product, size, destination, and fulfilment availability. Available shipping options and estimated delivery details are shown at checkout where applicable.

Will I receive tracking?

Tracking availability depends on the shipping method and destination. If tracking is available for your order, the details will be provided after dispatch.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please email riparianmellows@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and help resolve it.

Can I return a print?

Because prints are made to order, returns may be limited unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us at riparianmellows@gmail.com if there is an issue with your order.

Do the colours look exactly the same as on screen?

Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to differences in monitor settings, brightness, and print production. Each print is produced to present the photograph as beautifully and accurately as possible.

Are frames included?

Frames are only included if the product listing specifically states that the item is framed. Please check the product details carefully before ordering.

Can I request a different size or format?

If you are interested in a size or format not currently listed, please contact us at riparianmellows@gmail.com and we will let you know if we can meet your needs.
